About us: Breckenridge Commons is an assisted living facility located in Sullivan, Indiana.  Breckenridge Commons is seeking compassionate CNA's interested in training into a QMA position to grow and become a part of our team where our primary goal is to provide exceptional care to our residents.

About the Role: Our state-approved program provides current CNA's with the knowledge and skills they need to become a Qualified Medication Aide. As a part of this program, students will receive hands-on training, classroom instruction, and clinical experience under the guidance of experienced healthcare professionals.
Our program covers all aspects of patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. 

 About you: The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to communicate, written and oral.
  • Must be patient, have tact in dealing with others.
  • Extended periods of standing, bending, and heavy lifting.
  • 1,000 attestable CNA hours
