Job Description: The concierge is the facility representative, providing services to all residents and their families and who can promote exemplary customer service experience to each resident and his/her family/representative, from the point of admission to the point of transfer/discharge.

About the Role: The Belmont Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Concierge-
- To build relationships
- To multi-task and have excellent organizational skills
- To communicate information of interest or concern pertaining to residents to superiors
- To maintain a positive and uplifting personality able to handle requests/concerns of residents and family members.
About you: The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:
- High school graduate and/or equivalent highly desirable
- Certified by the State of Indiana as a CNA (preferred, not required)
- Must be able to read, write and follow oral instructions
- Must exhibit good organizational skills
- Must exhibit the ability to establish rapport with residents, family members, representatives, and staff members
