About the Role: Magnolia Health Systems is seeking a Facilitator of Customer Services
- To build relationships
- To multi-task and have excellent organizational skills
- To communicate information of interest or concern pertaining to residents
- To maintain a positive and uplifting personality able to handle requests/concerns of residents and family members.
- To assist with staff support and management during evenings and weekends.
- High school graduate and/or equivalent highly desirable.
- Must be able to read, write and follow oral instructions
- Must exhibit good organizational skills.
- Must exhibit the ability to establish rapport with residents, family members, representatives, and staff members.
